I hate this. It's not the same. Though I guess that's probably what I get for friending more people older than me than in my own year. It's a bit weird even though its been about 2 weeks into the new school year.
I realize pining over Mic the guys especially isn't doing any justice to those who are here with me like Andy and Derek. But what the hell do I say to Derek? "Hey, I know your uncle just died but I want you to hang out with me so I don't miss a certain someone like crazy"? Talk about HEARTLESS. I can't do that to the poor guy.

I wish summer breaks could be longer. Because, really, summer technically ends on the 19th or 20th. Those extra days added? That would be nice.

My dog had to get surgery done and the vet was afraid that it might have been too late, but it wasn't. According to Mum's letter, he's doing better.
Derek... I like the plush puppy. I think I'll keep it!

My mum sent me a letter telling me that my dog, Riley, is really sick.

I have to say that I really enjoyed my birthday gifts! And if I haven't said thank you yet, then... thank you!
Mum sent me cookies. Dad said I have a new bicycle waiting for me at home. Thank God, because my old one had a really worn out tire that just wouldn't fill up with air efficiently. And of course I could repair it easily with magic except I'M NOT ALLOWED!
And waiting till I'm of age to fill it up just sounds very dumb because why would I want to wait 2 years to fix my bike when my father could get me a new one?? Now I definitely can't wait to go home and take it for a ride.
